What is the O-Kazunori? [あいさつ]
Hallo, I'm O-Kazunori.
Thank you for visiting my blog and read it.
By the way, I thought you might have a question like below, by any chance.
What does the "O-Kazunori" mean?
OKAZU-NORI is seasoned dried seaweed(Laver).
Firstly,
Nori is the Japanese name for edible seaweed species of red algae genus Pyropia, including P. yezoensis and P. tenera. It is used chiefly as an ingredient (wrap) of sushi. Finished products are made by a shredding and rack-drying process that resembles papermaking.
[Wikipedia]
And there are two type of Nori. One is toasted and the other is seasoned.
we, Japanese call seasoned ones "Aji-Nori" or "Okazu-Nori"
Secondly,
My name is Kazunori
It's really similar to "Okazu-Nori" and I often enjoyed ones as one of snacks when I was child. I love it.
That's why I decided to give myself the nickname.
Fresh Okazu-Nori is crispy as you know.
So I would say I'm crispy when I'm good in this blog.
On the other hand, I'm not good when I would say I've got damp.
